Century 21 is a conceptual project with the objective of identifying a brand with a struggling visual identity, rebranding it, and reintroducing it back into the marketplace. They are a global real estate brand who focus on being the very best in the industry in customer service. The goal of the revamp was to identify what components of the current identity had brand equity, and what parts were hindering it's messaging. The result is a brand identity which reflects Century 21's values of not only being approachable and friendly, but seasoned and experienced in its industry.

LOGO DESIGN
The new Century 21 brandmark is a message of the service the brand expects to deliver to it's clients. It solidifies the company's position as one of the most recognizable real estate brands of the 21st century. The new logo depicts the image of a sun rising behind the roof of a house. This represents the dawning of a new day and the promise of new beginnings that a client will feel when buying a new home. The rising sun also references the letter "c" which is completed by the chimney of the house.
