Template Systems + Executive Decks + Corporate Communications
Across seven years at Sagicor and Ashley Furniture Industries, I built the presentation systems two large companies run on — master templates, layout libraries and icon sets that dozens of presenters build from — and designed the executive decks that had to hold up in the room.
Ashley Domination
Domination is Ashley’s annual conference. Two years running I built the presentation system it runs on — one master template with a full layout library, then a cover for every conference track, so a dozen presenters could build their own decks and still walk on stage looking like one event.
2024 ran under the Find a Way theme: topographic contour fields, halftone imagery, a color per track. 2025 was the 80th anniversary, Transforming for the Future: chevrons and arcs, tracks separated by color treatment alone.
Switch between the years and watch the metrics layout — body copy left, three large figures right, down to the same placeholder values. The theme changed completely; the architecture held.

Ashley AFI + AGR Master Templates
In 2026 I built the corporate master templates for two Ashley divisions in parallel — Ashley Furniture Industries and Ashley Global Retail. Seventeen layouts each, covering title, section divider, contents, body copy, comparison, timeline, quote and closing slides.
The two share one architecture and diverge only where they have to: logo, footer and accent color. Switch between them to see how far a single system stretches across two divisions.
Both shipped as PowerPoint template files rather than decks, so every presentation built afterward starts inside the system instead of drifting away from it.
Think Big for Kids — PowerPoint Template
Selected layouts from a twelve-slide PowerPoint template created for Think Big for Kids.
Concertium — PowerPoint Template
Selected layouts from an eight-slide PowerPoint template created for Concertium.
Sagicor Life — Annuities Presentation
Selected slides from a thirty-one slide presentation on Sagicor’s accumulation-focused annuity suite — Sage Select Bonus FIA, Sage Secure FIA and the Milestone MYGA — built for agents presenting to clients.
The design problem here was different from a template. The argument runs on evidence: retirement savings research, market volatility charts, bear-market recovery math, index cap comparisons and a running case study of a couple weighing pension assets against market risk. Every one of those had to be legible to someone seeing it once, across a table, on paper or on screen.
Seven years before the Ashley work, and the same discipline — a fixed system holding dense material steady.
